Perfect way to end the week and ease into the weekend. Spring Sound Healing Experience featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and meditation in the historic boat room at the Lifesaving Station at Spermaceti Cove. No experience necessary! All are welcome!

Expect to unwind with meditation and rejuvenate your mind and body through the healing sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. The binaural rhythm created by the bowls will stimulate your brain waves into a deep meditative and relaxed state.
