Rise to Rise Yoga with Tootsie Olan

For 6 Thursdays at 6:30am this summer, we unfurl our mats beachside at Sandy Hook in the historical 1894, renovated Spermaceti Lifesaving Station No. 2. With a roof over our heads but beach dunes + Atlantic Ocean in front of us, we lengthen + strengthen our limbs, we inflate our lungs with fresh salty breeze, we exhale everything we don’t need for the summer day ahead. Register here. Half of all proceeds benefit the Sandy Hook Foundation, the official philanthropic partner to Sandy Hook.
