Free Yoga on the Beach

Join instructor Tony Costa for an invigoration morning of free yoga on the sand. Gather on the porch of the Life Saving Station (park in the LSS lot, between Beach Lots D and E) just before 8am. Bring a yoga mat or sturdy towel and water, wear comfortable clothes.
